Who is this for?

This is for late teens and young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or unsure how to move forward in life, relationships, or faith.

What is the “basecamp”?

It is a mental space you build through visualization where you feel secure and calm. This becomes a place you can return to during stress, anxiety, or difficult moments in daily life.

Is this Christian-based?

Yes. The foundation is rooted in Christian belief, biblical truth, and the understanding of God as our higher power. Faith is integrated, not forced.

How many sessions are recommended?

Twelve sessions are ideal for sustainable growth. The first and last are shorter check-in and integration sessions, with focused work in between.

Is this appropriate for my 16–18 year old?

Yes, mediative mind mapping is possible for older teens. Sessions are structured, guided, and focused on safety and growth.

Will parents be involved in sessions?

Sessions are primarily one-on-one to build trust and ownership. Parents may be included in intake or progress conversations if appropriate and agreed upon.
